Position Overview
Working with the executive team, the IT/Systems Administrator will create and implement company technology objectives, be commercially aware, advise on best practices for the business, and offer new ways for customers to engage with products through technology. Our ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, and be prepared to work with outside vendors when necessary.

Responsibilities
NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
Install, maintain and monitor network hardware and software
Ensure security (system access, anti-virus, etc.); the goal being to protect data without reducing employee efficiency
Maintain web and FTP servers
Manage website administration and product data uploads.
Install, maintain and monitor backup system
USER SUPPORT
Add, change, configure, and troubleshoot user, voice-mail and e-mail accounts (using Gsuite and other tools)
Install, configure, and maintain the organization's workstations and peripherals
End-user support of all general software products used on desktop, laptop, cell phones, remote devices, etc.
Manage all software and hardware inventory, and proactively distribute any new or updated software to all who can benefit
OTHER
Manage land-line, wireless phone systems, and voicemail
Interface with vendors for support services, including project tracking and management on contracted projects
Evaluate and define IT systems administration and development standards
Install and maintain all corporate software licenses
Install, maintain, and monitor ERP/CRM software (experience with Netsuite is a plus)
Provides phone and remote computer support to as needed
Lead a team with responsibilities such as hiring, work plans, and monitoring/assigning job tasks
Assist on specific projects tied to our strategic goals and objectives as instructed
Qualifications
Must be a self-starter with a desire to learn new technologies and drive improvement
Minimum of a B.A. or B.S. in related field or comparable experience in IT management
Experience with both Windows and Mac platforms
Ability to set-up servers, SQL, routers, telecommunication systems
Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems
Experience with e-commerce software
Intermediate or better knowledge of WordPress
Programming experience preferred (HTML and PHP is a plus)
A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
