Cook, Full time salary position
Job Description
We are in need of a cook to work full time, Monday thru Friday, at our substance abuse facility. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be needed. The work location is a lodge where residents live and the cook will need to enjoy prepping for weekly menus and cooking for up to 20 people for 3 meals every day during the week. Please apply if you are someone who loves cooking. This is a salary position, $30,000 a year and we offer health and dental insurance, 401k and paid time off.

Responsibilities
Prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for 20 people Mon-Friday
Clean the kitchen, dining room and pantry after every meal
Keep fridge and freezer clean and keep temp logs
Get food Handlers permit and follow their guidelines
Follow all of the Health Department guidelines
Buy groceries
Create a detailed grocery list to maximize profits and minimize waste
Post menus weekly or monthly
Keep weekly inventory
Qualifications
Food Handler's permit is required and experience cooking and shopping for large quantities of food.
