Office Manager/ Receptionist/ Biller
Well-established, affluent, multifaceted dermatology practice in the beautiful town of Alpine, Utah seeking an Office Manager/ Receptionist with at least 5years Dermatology billing experience, as well as vas knowledge of Meaningful Use, PQRI's and new HIPPA guidelines.
Primary responsibilities
Oversee billing, coding, and collections.
Working the insurance and patient aging.
Dealing with day to day Patient and employee issues.
Building staff morale.
Train staff in a medical office.
Holding staff meetings as needed
Supervise secretaries, receptionists, and medical biller.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain medical records.
Reconcile account information.
Pay medical office bills.
Order medical and office supplies.
Submit claims to insurance.
Submit billing statements to patients.
Delegate responsibilities.
Assess employee performance.
Perform data entry and processing.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Formulate objectives and processes.
Generate inventory records.
Provide educational material for patients.
Ensures office processes are efficient, supports work flow, and enhances patient satisfaction and retention.
Must be familiar with Meaningful Use, PORI & HIPPA
