We are a growing trucking operation with routes in Texas and Oklahoma. Potential candidates will be employed at the company's headquarters is in Alpine, UT. The ideal candidate for this job will likely have a strong background in both accounting and transportation. Work experience in commercial transportation, and small growth companies is a huge plus. If you don't have the experience, the ability to quickly learn and solve problems in creative manner, paired with a strong background of success in other endeavors may be sufficient.

Controller will be responsible for many aspects of administration with some job responsibilities determined by the applicant's strengths and abilities.
This position requires a well organized person with a strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently solve unstructured problems.
POSSIBLE DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Evaluate / monitor operational performance of the operation
Strategic planning and execution including cash flow analysis and planning
Oversee accounting function of several routes
Some minor HR responsibilities
Tax strategy, AR and AP function oversight
Communicate with Vendors
Regulatory compliance filings
Polite, personable and honest
Bachelors degree required (preferably in accounting/finance or an MBA)
2
years of experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products especially Excel
Information Systems experience a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
