Receptionist experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Call insurance companies for benefits Explain financial insurance benefits to patient Answer patient questions about insurance Fill out and file paperwork (physically and electronically) Taking payments Scheduling appointments Answering the phone and making phone calls Prepare office for next business day Open/Close the office each day Other office duties Qualifications Excellent communicator Ability to multitask is a must Proficient in Word and Excel Quickly learn new computer programs Graduated from High School We are looking for someone who is wanting to work in our office long term.
