What we are looking for:
We are seeking a personable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team.
In this dynamic role, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service both in-person and over the phone.
We are looking for an individual with a strong customer-centric focus, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vaulting and transactional needs, which may include depositing and withdrawing funds, opening and closing accounts, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
Handle incoming customer service calls and assist with account inquiries, processing transactions, and addressing various customer requests.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including cash handling, check processing, and managing precious metal deposits and withdrawals.
Maintain meticulously accurate customer account records and regularly perform account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Tackle customer complaints professionally and expediently.
Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance and maintain a comprehensive understanding of UPMA products and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 year of customer service experience, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in banking or financial services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both customers and team members.
Adept at multitasking and proficient in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with the utmost care.
