The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and a passion for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fulfillment operations in a distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely order processing and shipment.
- Supervise a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment processes, including order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and materials handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized fulfillment cetner environment.
- Utilize fulfillment center management systems to track inventory, monitor productivity, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address any order-related issues or inquiries Note:
