Responsibilities:
- Assist Event Director by giving tours, meeting with couples, and answering the phone - Will prepare catering for events - Coordinate with couples to ensure smooth execution of events - Responsible for ensuring the venue is setup for upcoming events and is clean - Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Assist in marketing and promoting events through social media - Support the logistics of event setup, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, and signage - Help maintain event calendars and timelines - Will host events during the daytime, occasionally will host events on the evenings/weekends -Must be comfortable working events where alcohol is present Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in catering or related fields such as hotel, banquet, or restaurant - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (sheets, docs, drive) - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design in event setup - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment -Content creation with social media preferred Note:
