Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing employees - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Support the HR team in strategic planning initiatives and workforce management activities - Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution - Provide support for HRIS system updates and maintenance - Assist with payroll processing using HRIS systems such as Ceridian or Paychex - Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to source candidates for open positions using platforms such as iCIMS or other HR sourcing tools Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 2
years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role - Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including FMLA regulations - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Ceridian or Paychex - Experience with strategic planning and workforce management activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Note:
