Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Fulltime mostly remote paralegallegal assistant position to assist attorneys with estate planning probate filing business formation contract drafting and review trademark formation small business acquisitions and dental practice transitions.
Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to draft and edit legal and nonlegal documents.
Careful attention to detail is crucial for this position.
Because this is a remote position with some inoffice training and meetings candidates must be selfmotivated and able to work with little to no supervision.
Writing sample required with resume.
Will assist attorneys in the following tasks A Bachelors Degree or paralegal certification is preferred but prior work experience in the legal field will be considered in lieu of education.
A writing sample MUST be submitted with resume.
The writing sample can be any of the following a Blog post or article on any legal topic b persuasive essay or analysis on any legal topic or c any memo brief or other legal filing you have written for a previous paralegallegal assistant position.
